All Mezdusa pieces are made to order, created with care before being dispatched. You should allow a 10 business days turnaround time from placing your order to when its dispatched.
Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within the following timeframes:

Standard shipping: 3–10 business days
Express shipping: 2–5 business days
International
Standard shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by location)

Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your Mezdusa piece. As each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we do offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced items if they are returned in original condition, unworn, and within 14 days of delivery.
Because each piece is produced especially for you, we encourage checking sizing carefully before purchasing. If you need help choosing your size, we’re always happy to assist before you place your order.
